Can I Schedule a Viewing of the Centre?

Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity to show you around our venue. To schedule a viewing, please contact Zubair Ahmed, Venue Manager, at [email protected]. We look forward to meeting you and discussing how our space can meet your event needs.

How Do I Hold a Date?

To reserve a date, please reach out to Zubair Ahmed, our Venue Manager. If the date is available, we’ll offer a week-long soft hold while we finalize details. Should another client wish to book the same date, we’ll notify you and offer a deadline to confirm your booking and submit the necessary deposit. Likewise, if you are interested in a date that is currently reserved for a soft hold, we will notify you if this soft hold lapses and the date becomes available again.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, electronic fund transfers (EFT), and cash for payment.

Can I Access My Space Prior to My Event?

For The Executive Suite and The Evergreen Room, setup access is available 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time whenever possible. While we strive to keep every client on schedule, please note that access may vary depending on the event. Access details for The Grand Hall, The Harmony Hall, and full-site bookings will be clearly outlined in the Venue Agreement.

Can I Use My Own Caterer, Event Planner, and Decor Rentals?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring in your preferred vendors for catering, event planning, and decor rentals and any other potential event service you may require. While we highly recommend considering our Service Partners for their exceptional service, we’re flexible and can accommodate other vendors based on your preferences.

Are There Any Decorating Restrictions?

As with most event venues, we permit affixing items to walls using painter’s tape or command strips only. We kindly request that glitter, confetti, or rice not be used within the venue to help maintain its cleanliness and appearance.

Is the Centre Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including a designated wheelchair-accessible washroom.

Is Smoking Permitted?

Smoking is not permitted within the Centre. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the AHC Event Centre.

Are Pets Permitted?

Service animals are always welcome at our venue. Well-behaved pets are also permitted, provided they are leashed and cleaned up after during the event.

Is Event Insurance Required?

AHC Event Centre has event insurance for basic events, however if you are hosting a specialty event, you may require additional insurance or licenses. Please inquire for more information.
